Plus, we can send prescriptions directly to your preferred pharmacy and issue medical certificates if necessary. Cancellation Policy

The Cork Health Clinic maintains a structured booking policy to ensure efficient and equitable access to medical services. Appointments are scheduled primarily through our e-mail reception@cork-doctor.ie during regular business hours. Patients are requested to provide accurate and comprehensive information at the time of booking, including their full name, date of birth, and a brief description of the medical issue. This process allows for appropriate allocation of resources and preparation for appointments. Cancelation Fee Cork Health Clinic maintains a structured booking policy to ensure optimal resource allocation and service delivery. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the standard consultation rate. Furthermore, failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notification will result in a charge of 100% of the regular price. These conditions are explicitly outlined during the booking process and will appear as the clinic's payment policy upon checkout. Regarding phone consultations, a maximum of three attempts will be made to contact the patient. If unsuccessful after these attempts, the patient will be required to book another appointment at their convenience.
